Description
This special notice formally issues the latest plans and specifications for upcoming task order under the PCAC A-E IDIQ (Veterans Health Administration Program Contracting Activity Central) only. IMPORTANT: DONT NOT SELECT POST NOTIFICATION THAT YOUR FIRM IS AN INTEREST VENDOR. Competitive Offerors shall not contact the designer the record for request for information and/or enter in proposed agreement which undermine the integrity of the procurement. Notice Type: Request for Task Order Proposal (RFP) / Issuance of Plans and Specifications. 1. Scope of Work & Project Packages - The scope of work provide remains unchanged. 2. All inquiries regarding the specifications, site conditions, or proposal instructions must be directed to the Contracting Officer. Do not contact the medical facility or end-user directly. 3.The most highly rated offerer must review the attached design deliverables and submit required Task Order Proposals once designated in order to submit a responsive proposal. The scope of work provide remains unchanged. This is NOT a request for proposal, quote, or invitation for bid. No proposals, quotes or invitation for bid will be accepted. The sole purpose of this notice is to provide Offerors with the opportunity to review the plans and specification for the proposal development once requested by the government. The Government will not pay for any effort expended in responding to this notice, nor will the Government accept proposals as a result of this notice. SPECIAL NOTICE: RESTRICTION ON DISCLOSURE AND DISTRIBUTIONSUBJECT: Notice of Restriction on Information Disclosure � PCAC A-E IDIQ Procurements 1. ACTIONABLE SUMMARY This notice serves to formally notify all Offerors that any information, documentation, or specifications related to this procurement are strictly restricted. Disclosure, distribution, or sharing of this information with any party outside of authorized PCAC A-E IDIQ holders and their properly proposed subcontractors is prohibited. 2.This restriction applies to all current and future Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP), draft documentation, and task order requirements issued under the Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) Architect-Engineering (A-E) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract and related task order. 3.Prohibited Sharing: Offerors must not disclose sensitive technical data, government needs, pricing strategies, or proprietary evaluation criteria to the general public, unauthorized vendors, or competitors. 4.CONSEQUENCES OF NON-COMPLIANCE- Unauthorized disclosure of procurement-sensitive information may compromise the integrity of the competitive process, federal acquisition regulations, and result in immediate disqualification of the offeror from current or future task order competitions.
