Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N3220526Q7109 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for oil purifier bowls onboard the USNS JOHN LENTHALL (T-AO 189). This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. This solicitation does not have a Defense Priorities and Allocation System (DPAS) rating. See attached SF 1449 for a list of all details of the supplies and/or services required and a list of all solicitation provisions and contract clauses that apply to the acquisition. Responses to the solicitation are due at 2:00PM on April 23, 2026. Quotes may be e-mailed to Thomas White at thomas.l.white222.civ@us.navy.mil. To be considered timely, an e-mail quote must be received in its entirety in the designated e-mail inbox by the due date and time for quote submission. Reference the solicitation number on your quote. E-mail quotes shall be in either Adobe or Microsoft Office format. No other method of submission is acceptable. The anticipated award date is May 8, 2026. The intended source is GEA Mechanical USA, Inc. due to being the original equipment manufacturer and installer of the oil purifier systems onboard T-AO 187 class vessels.
