SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS Notice from the United States Air Force, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Installation Contracting Division, Base Support Contracting Branch at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB), Ohio: INTRODUCTION: The AFLCMC Operational Contracting Branch at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, on behalf of the 88th Medical Group (MTF), is conducting market research through this Sources Sought Notice to identify potential sources, including Small Businesses (SB), capable of providing Urology Surgical Navigation System & Support. A set-aside decision has not yet been made for this acquisition. REQUIREMENTS: The Government requires a contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform Urology Surgical Navigation System & Support at the 88th Medical Group, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. The required services include, but are not limited to: Providing a UroNavigation Fusion System for MRI Biopsies, an Ultrasound System for Da Vinci Robotic Nephrectomies, and a Cyber TM Thulium Laser for Holmium Laser Enucleation of the Prostate (HoLEPs). Providing a qualified technician with at least 12 months of experience and certifications to operate the specified equipment. Delivering, setting up, and ensuring the operational readiness of the equipment in the designated Operating Room. Providing intra-operative equipment monitoring services under the direct instruction of the Urology provider. Services are estimated to be required 1-2 times per month. SUBMISSION DETAILS: Interested parties are requested to submit a capability package that provides clear and convincing evidence of their ability to meet the requirements outlined above. In addition, interested parties must provide the following information: Company Name, Address, CAGE Code, and Unique Entity ID (UEI). Point of Contact (Name, Phone Number, and Email Address). Company business size status under NAICS code 621999 (All Other Miscellaneous Ambulatory Health Care Services). Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov to be eligible for a Department of Defense contract award. CLOSING: Responses to this Sources Sought notice must be submitted via email no later than Wednesday, 3 June 2026, at 11:00 AM Eastern Time. All correspondence sent via email must contain the subject line: �Sources Sought: Urology Surgical Navigation System & Support.� Be advised that due to network filters, attachments ending in .zip or .exe are not allowable and will be deleted.
