Description

The Army Contracting Command Rock Island (ACC-RI), on behalf of the Program Executive Office (PEO) Enterprise Business Systems Convergence (EBS-C), is seeking information from industry on capabilities to develop, host, integrate, and sustain Low-Code/No-Code (LCNC) applications. These applications will support the Army's finance and logistics communities by augmenting the capabilities of the Army's enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. The Government is interested in solutions from all sources, including commercial, government, traditional, and non-traditional defense contractors. This includes vendors who may not have a fully developed solution but have the capability and interest to develop applications tailored to the Army's needs. The input from this RFI will be used to inform the acquisition approach, technical requirements, and integration strategies for a future Army LCNC application ecosystem. This is solely a Request for Information (RFI) for market research purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. Interested parties are directed to review the attached RFI document for complete details on the required information and submission instructions. The response deadline is 12:00 PM Central Time, February 16, 2026.
