Description
NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Requirement: Magnetom 7T MRI Magnet services Agy/Dept: Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Location: Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), San Francisco Medical Center (SFVAMC). Notice Details: The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with [Insert Vendor Name] under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). This requirement is under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT). This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. It is a notice of the government's intent to execute a non-competitive action. However, any responsible source that believes it can satisfy this requirement may submit a capability statement. Submission Instructions: Interested firms must submit a capability statement via email to robert.clark4@va.gov no later than May 26, 2026, at 4:00 PM EST]. Submissions must include proof of authorization to provide these specific [goods/services] and your firm�s Unique Entity ID (UEI). A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
