COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION 2026 HER IDIQ (FAR 12.202) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 and in conjunction with FAR Part 15 This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 140R4026R0017 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) for providing heavy equipment rental needs for the Upper Colorado Basin Region, particularly the Provo Area Office Force Account operational team. This solicitation contains a reserve for one or more small business concerns identified at RFO FAR 19.000(a)(3). The small business program eligibility requirements apply. The small business concern(s) eligible for participation in the reserve shall submit one offer that addresses each portion of the solicitation for which it wants to compete. Award of the contract will be based on criteria identified in FAR Provision 52.212-2 Evaluation. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01.
