Description
This project is to repair Building 37 on Jefferson Barracks ANGS so that its primary and backup electrical systems function correctly in the event of a power outage. The building has an outdoor transfer switch that does not connect to a generator. During an outage, the transfer switch disconnects the building from the transformer but does not switch back to commercial power once restored. This project removes wiring from the switch and restores the power feed to the building from the transformer the way it was before the switch installation. In accordance with RFO FAR 36.101-4, the following information is provided: The National Guard has no agency-specific policies or procedures applicable to definitization of equitable adjustments for change orders under construction contracts other than those described at RFO FAR 43.304, RFO DFARS 243.304 and AFARS 5143.304. Data for the prior 3 fiscal years regarding the time required to definitize equitable adjustments for change orders under construction contracts for the National Guard is currently not available, but will be compiled and provided in future announcements. Update 15 May 2026: Amendment 1, responses to RFI, and associated attachments added to files. Update 20 May 2026: Amendment 2 and a partial floor plan drawing added to files. The floor plan is provided for informational purposes only and the Government doesn't guarantee the accuracy of the dimensions provided.
