Request for Quote: Logistic Support Service for Walrus Surveys in the Bering and Chukchi Seas The purpose of this amendment is to dissolve small business set-aside. Please submit all questions by 05/29/2026 0900PST. The RFQ due date is extended until 06/01/2026 1500PST. No additional questions may be accepted. Contractors are required to sign and return copies to the issuing agency. The solicitation number is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) 140G0326Q0102. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at https://www.acquisition.gov/far-overhaul/far-part-deviation-guide. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through RFO FAR Part 12, Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01 dated 03/13/2026. NAICS: 481219: Other Nonscheduled Air Transportation, $16.5 Million. Place of Performance: Nome, AK; Kotzebue, AK; or Utqiagvik, AK. Period of Performance are estimates only and are subject to change: June 4, 2026 to June 28, 2026. Any award resulting from this RFQ will be based on a tradeoff method. Please provide the following information: 1. Signed SF 18 form filled in with firm information, person signing, and line-item prices, offered, etc on Block 13 to 16 2. Technical submission. Include information regarding technical qualifications and experience sufficient for government to evaluate your qualifications to perform this work. Examples are work plan, resumes, etc 3. Listings of prior relevant and recent contracts with project description and two or more professional references with contacts 4. Firm, fixed price quote 5. System for Award Management UEI Attached Pages: Statement of Work, 2 pages Clauses and Provisions, 3 pages Questions are due in writing to yangzhi_deng@ios.doi.gov by 05/26/2026, 1500 PST. Responses are due to the Contracting Officer's email address at yangzhi_deng@ios.doi.gov by 05/28/2026, 1500 PST. Quotations submitted by hardcopy shall not be accepted or considered.
