A0001-The purpose of this amendment is to add security language associated with the DD 254 (in Attachments J-02 Section C and J-06 Section L), provide the Attachment J-10 DD 254, and respond to Bidders Questions (BQs) (including update to J-05 Section F) via added J-15 BQA Log.
