NOTE 5/11/2026: A19 Services and Pricing Table for Participants (Solicitation Attachment 1) is revised/amended to include the tables for option year pricing (pages 3- 6). Please complete the tables for all years. THE OFFER DUE DATE REMAINS UNCHANGED. OFFERS ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 5/12/2026 AT 2:00 PM (ET). See the attached solicitation and attachments for details. The question deadline is 4/30/2026 at 1:00 PM (ET). The Instruction to Offerors begins on page 24 and the Evaluation Criteria begins on page 25.
