Description
See Attached Notice The Department of War (DoW) is conducting a site visit for prospective offerors interested in the upcoming solicitation for [Insert Project Name/Description]. The purpose of this site visit is to provide potential contractors with an opportunity to inspect the physical location, understand the site conditions, and gather necessary information to prepare accurate and competitive proposals. Site Visit Details: Date: Tuesday, 26 May 2026 Time: 0900 (9:00 AM) AKDT Meeting Location: Building 952, See attached Location Map Base Access Requirements: A gate pass is required for those that do not currently have access, Real ID is required. RSVP Instructions: All interested vendors planning to attend must pre-register by submitting their information no later than 22 May 2026 by 1200 AKDT.
