This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The objective of this acquisition is to award one firm-fixed-price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Solicitation number 47PF5326Q0001 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) for Landscaping and related services. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns, with a primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 561730, Landscaping Services, with a size standard of $9.5 million. The product service code (PSC) is S208, Housekeeping - Landscaping/Groundskeeping. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. (ii) Reference the Standard Form 1449 for a list of line-item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure. (iii) Reference the Performance Work Statement for a description of requirements for any items to be acquired in performance of this requirement. (iv) Contemplated Period of Performance is a six-month base year (October 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027) and four one-year options, with the possibility of an extension of the period of performance up to six months. The location of performance is at the Anthony J. Celebrezze Federal Building in Cleveland, OH, Carl B. Stokes U.S. Courthouse in Cleveland, OH, and Donald J. Pease Federal Building in Medina, OH. (x) Site Visit: Offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
