04 June 2026: The S&RTS Gdansk Poland solicitation has been amended to provide responses to questions and provide an updated Attachment 2, Schedule of Rates. The RFP response date has been extended to 12 June 26, 12:00 PM CT. 29 May 2026: The S&RTS Gdansk Poland solicitation has been amended to provide responses to questions and provide an updated Attachment 1, Performance Work Statement and Attachment 2, Schedule of Rates. The RFP response date remains 10 June 26, 12:00 PM CT. 27 May 2026: The S&RTS Gdansk Poland solicitation has been amended to extend the due date to 10 June 26, 12:00 PM CT. 20 May 2026: The S&RTS Gdansk Poland solicitation has been amended to provide responses to questions and provide an updated Attachment 2, Schedule of Rates. The RFP response date remains 29 May 26, 12:00 PM CT. Provide Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) at the designated Port of Gdansk, Poland in connection with the import and export of Defense Transportation System (DTS) sponsored cargo. All tasks shall be completed per requirements stated through the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and in a manner consistent with the �Best Commercial Practices.� S&RTS services will cover the full spectrum of managing US military cargo (e.g. containers, vehicles, breakbulk, and rotary or fixed wing aircraft) transiting through the designated seaport. Operational tasks shall include but are not limited to all stevedoring and longshoring required for vessel, truck, rail loading and discharging, port reception and disposition, cargo management staging, intra port transfers, cargo prep, Checking and Tallying (C&T), and warehousing Government provided dunnage and tiedown materials. Requirements include physical security, facilities, storage/staging, office space, office supplies, and providing documentation/reports for port operation expenses and reconciliation of services to include other related miscellaneous requirements as outlined in this PWS.
