Please see the update below: The updated solicitation document titled C04_Sol12444726Q0032_Allegheny National Forest Hemlock Woolly Adelgid (HWA) Treatment is attached. All changes are highlighted in yellow. ********************************************************************************************************************************* The Contractor shall provide insecticide treatment services to protect Eastern hemlock trees from Hemlock Woolly Adelgid (HWA) infestation within the Allegheny National Forest. Treatment areas may include developed recreation sites, administrative sites, and conservation areas located in Elk, Forest, McKean, and Warren Counties, Pennsylvania. Specific treatment locations, tree diameters, quantities, and application methods will be identified in individual task orders issued under this requirement. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, insecticide, transportation, and supervision necessary to complete the required treatments. Approved application methods may include soil injection, soil drench, soil tablets, basal bark sprays, or stem injections. Work may occur on gentle to steep terrain and in typical field conditions
