B5 Roof Repair

Description

Contractor shall provide all transportation, labor, equipment, materials, parts, and supervision to repair wind damaged EPDM roof at USCG Base Elizabeth City Building 5. See attached Statement of Work. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 238160 and size standard of $19.0M. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. See 52.212-2 for evaluation criteria. All quotes must be submitted by NOON Eastern Time (ET) on JUN 12, 2026 via email to luis.r.perez1@uscg.mil. Ensure blocks 14 (Include UEI) through 20c of the SF 1442 and pricing are completed before emailing. Questions about this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Specialist at the email address listed above, no later than NOON ET JUN 8, 2026. An amendment may be posted to clear up any ambiguities and answer all questions at one time. No oral questions will be accepted. All potential quoters are strongly encouraged to visit the site to field verify any/all quantities before submitting quotes. A site visit will be held on JUN 2, 2026 at 1000 ET at USCG Base Elizabeth City 1664 Weeksville Road, Elizabeth City NC, 27909. Interested parties must arrange site visits with Michael Barclift, michael.d.barclift@uscg.mil. All visitors must present a valid Real ID or Passport as a method of identification. Full name, date of birth, and last 4 of SSN must also be provided.
