Price Schedule must be returned in excel format in the solicitation attachments. Company and Point of Contact information must be filled out. Manufacturer name must be filled out. Product Country of Origin must be filled out. Vendors that fail to provide the Price Schedule and required information may be deemed technically unacceptable. Vendor shall be an OEM, authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller for the proposed equipment/system, verified by an authorization letter or other documents from the OEM. Vendors that fail to submit a copy of their Authorized Distributor Letter may be deemed technically unacceptable. The solicitation for this acquisition will be posted on Contract Opportunities (SAM.GOV). It is the vendors responsibility to monitor Contract Opportunities (SAM.GOV) for changes or amendments.
