THIS AMENDMENT IS TO REVISE THE EVALUATION CRITERIA LISTED ON THE NOTICE OF INTENT TO REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS SF-330. THE EVALUATION CRITERIA IS NOW LISTED IN DESCENDING ORDER OF IMPORTANCE. SEE ATTACHED REVISED NOTICE OF INTENT DATED 8-22-2018
