Description
This requirement is to obtain a new 5 year IDIQ non-commercial requirements repair services contract to procure repair and refurbishment total of best estimate 50 Phase Shifter Driver (PSDU) or 10 per year. The PSDU which is part of the Antenna in the AN/APG-68 Radar used on the F-16 Aircraft. A commensurate level of expertise, not limited to signal conditioning, high current op amps, and surface mount parts are required to qualify for this repair, and potential sources must demonstrate capability. All work performed by the contractor shall comply with the specification and technical data requirements set forth in the Performance Based Work Specification (PWS) and by OEM drawings. Items returned to serviceable condition are required to pass the Acceptance Test procedures (ATP) identified in drawing 562R218H01 paragraph 4.2.2. The PSDUs are military unique and is not a commercial part or non-developmental items. Standards required are in the engineering drawings 562R218H01 cited in RDL.
