Description
The purpose of this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is for the 4th Electromagnetic Warfare Squadron (4 EWS) for Hard-side Expandable Light Air Mobile Shelter (HELAMS), on Peterson Space Force Base (SFB), CO.
