Description

This is a Sources Sought for a non-personal services contract requirement, under which the Contractor is an independent Contractor to provide Employment Coaches to support the Employment Support Program for the Florida National Guard J9. The purpose of the Florida National Guard Employment Support Program is to provide employment opportunities and career options for members of the National Guard and reserve components. The objective of this requirement is to provide Employment Coaches throughout the state of Florida, and to provide technical support to managers, supervisors, reserve component members and family members as to the benefits and entitlements available through the Employment Support Program and to ensure standardization and continuity of service. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. See attached PWS. Interested vendors should provide capabilities statement before the Sources Sought closing date. This requirement is currently in the SBA 8(a) Program. and will be solicited as a Competitive 8(a) Set-Aside. Period of Performance: 29 Sep 2026 - 28 Sep 2031 Option(s): Base Year + Four (4) Option Years Contract Type: 8(a) Competitive Set-Aside, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Commercial Evaluation Method: Best Value Trade-Off
