THIS POSTING IS FOR TINKER AFB - MAC BOA HOLDERS ONLY UPDATE 01 - February 24th, 2026 1) Site Visit was held and concluded on February 24th, 2026 2) Requests for Information (RFIs) are due ***March 6th, 2025 @ 1300 (1:30pm)*** 3) RFI's must be sent to Michael Johnson at michael.johnson.404@us.af.mil 4) Please CC SSgt Isaac Demmers at isaac.demmers@us.af.mil on the RFI submission e-mail 5) Site Visit sign-in sheet has been added to the attachments section THIS POSTING IS FOR TINKER AFB - MAC BOA HOLDERS ONLY Project Title: WWYK240176 - REPLACE INDUSTRIAL WASTE LIFT STATIONS 6N & 6S, B62501 Project Solicitation Number (DRAFT): FA813726R0012 Rehabilitate or replace LS-6N&S (B2122). Consider future flows. Consider if LS-6N&S can be combined into a single LS. Consider if wet well structure can be combined, reused, and/or rehabilitated with a coating system or liner. The work to be performed under the terms of this order consists of furnishing all design/engineering services, material, labor, plant, tools, transportation, equipment, testing services, quality control and incidentals required to accomplish the demo and replacement of the industrial waste lift stations (IWLS) 6N and 6S at Tinker Air Force Base (AFB), Oklahoma. Project specific documents are attached to this posting. If you experience any difficulty at receiving or accessing the project specific documents, send an email request to Contracting Points of Contact listed to have a DoD Safe document transmission sent to your email. In the email, please provide email addresses for Prime Contractors points of contact ONLY, to have a DoD Safe link sent to. Do not include any sub-contractor email addresses. Currently, the Solicitation - Request for Proposal (RFP) is in the DRAFT stage and will be posted once available. THIS POSTING IS FOR TINKER AFB - MAC BOA HOLDERS ONLY After review of the project specific documents, if you are a Tinker AFB - MAC BOA Holder, please send an email to the Contracting Points of Contact as an RSVP stating you are interested in attending the Initial Site Visit. Your RSVP email must be received within 5 calendar days from the posting of this project. In your RSVP, please let us know if all personnel that will be attending the Initial Site Visit have base access. If anyone requires base access, you must forward with your RSVP, the Entry Access List (EAL) so that we can know how many personnel require base access. After receipt of your RSVP and EAL if required, Initial Site Visit is set for Tuesday, 24 February, 2026 at 1000 (10:00 am). The meet up location for the site visit will be held near building 2122. Approximate coordinates are: 35�24'33.3"N 97�22'17.2"W. An attachment titled "Site Visit Meet-up Point" attached below gives the specific details and visual for the meet up point. You must attend the initial Site Vist for the project, to be considered eligible to propose. Please submit your RSVP to SSgt Isaac Demmers at "isaac.demmers@us.af.mil".
