Description
The purpose of this amendment to the Soliciation is to extend the current closing date to allow time for Government to respond to Q&A's and for offerors to submit final proposals. The closing date has been extended until 30 June 2026 at 4:00PM EST. This is the official release of the Solicitation. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command- Fort Bragg (MICC-FB) has a requirement to procure a non-personal service for Directorate of Human Resource Services (DHR). Services include to provide Defense Enrollment and Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS)/ Real Time Automated Personnel Identification System (RAPIDS) Common Access Card (CAC) support services for the Installation Management Command (IMCOM) at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, supplies, equipment and facilities, necessary to perform the verification and issuance of military identification (ID) and CAC cards for active-duty military, Reserve and National Guard members, military retirees, family members, Department of Defense civilians and other eligible recipients. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.2 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the Procedures authorized in FAR Part 12. Additionally, the Government will utilize procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 15. Solicitation will close on 30 June 2026 at 4:00 pm EST.
