Description
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking statements of interest from qualified and capable vendors to participate in the upcoming acquisition of Legacy Radar Electronics and Cabinet Disposition. This initiative is a critical component of the FAA's ongoing efforts to modernize the National Airspace System (NAS) by replacing outdated radar systems with state-of-the-art technology. Please review attachments for more information ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------UPDATE 01 (Released 6/9/2026) A revised Draft PWS is hereby incorporated into this announcement and replaces the previous version. Due to urgency, the FAA may establish a limited competition pool from responses to this announcement. As such, vendors interested in receiving a solicitation are highly encouraged to respond to this announcement with the minimum information required within attachment titled �Market Survey 6.5.2026.pdf�. Further public announcements may or may not be released before a contract award is made. The closing date of this announcement remains unchanged as a result of this update. (End of Update)
