Description
The 96th Test Wing invites your organization to submit a proposal for the Eglin Aircraft Maintenance Backshop acquisition as set forth in the attached RFP. We are seeking the most effective, productive, and efficient approach to fulfill the 96th Test Wing mission requirements. 2. We've invited and appreciated your ideas and comments since the inception of this acquisition. Beginning with an introduction Industry Day, and engaged in numerous technical information exchanges. There are many aspects of this acquisition that have evolved during the pre-solicitation process, many as a result of discussions with offerors during the pre-solicitation process. Each of these steps enabled us to prepare a better solicitation. 3. This final RFP supersedes all questions/comments and answers/responses. Potential offerors are advised to read the final RFP carefully. Communications between Government and industry regarding this solicitation should be addressed only through the Procuring Contracting Officer, Mr. Brian Hurley, at 850-883-0101 or email brian.hurley.4@us.af.mil. Please place the following addressee in the "CC:" section of email correspondence: penny.viljoen@us.af.mil. 4. Every effort has been made to enhance competition. We welcome all interested competitors and will give fair consideration to all proposals. Proposals are due at 1:00 PM CST, 19 October 2016.
