The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service, is hosting an Industry Day on Thursday, July 23, 2026, from 10:00 AM - noon Mountain Time for firms interested in the upcoming Joint Cyber Facility design-bid-build procurement.This event will be conducted virtually via Google Meet. RSVP Link: https://forms.gle/rxbQu4FeTGLeTd2y9 Project Description: This requirement for a new turnkey Joint Cyber Facility at the Denver Federal Center in Lakewood, Colorado, consists of approximately 23,688 square feet of combined office and support space, including approximately 16,000 square feet of finished office workspace, and 7,688 square feet of existing mechanical and electrical rooms supporting the space. The project includes integration of existing equipment from a prior data center installation. The finished space includes a reception area, offices, conference rooms, cubicles, pantry, server room and a video conference room. Construction and tenant build-out will occur within an occupied facility, necessitating coordination with active surrounding tenants. Work includes, demolition, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, telecommunications, audio visual systems, security, equipment and furnishings, all of which must adhere to ICD 705 accreditation requirements and standards. Acquisition Overview: This requirement is being delivered using the design-bid-build methodology. The Government will competitively procure and award a construction contract to a general contractor responsible for the overall project execution and management with a contract award anticipated by March 31, 2027. The anticipated period of performance for the construction services is approximately eleven (11) months. The estimated dollar value of the requirement is between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000. The purpose of the Industry Day is to provide interested firms with an overview of the project, including the Government�s vision, program objectives, functional and operational requirements, and desired project outcomes. The event will provide attendees with an understanding of the project�s scope, key design and construction considerations, and the priorities that will guide the successful delivery of the project. The Industry Day will also include an overview of the anticipated acquisition strategy, procurement schedule, and planned evaluation approach, followed by an opportunity for attendees to ask questions regarding the upcoming procurement. The anticipated agenda includes: Welcome and introductions Project overview and objectives Scope of work and key project requirements, and desired project outcomes Acquisition strategy and anticipated procurement schedule Evaluation approach Question and Answer session Registration: This event will be open to American citizens and to foreign nationals employed by American-based contractors. To register, please complete the Industry Day Registration RSVP Google Form (provided above) no later than July 20, 2026, 2:00 PM Mountain Time. Registration is required and no registrations will be accepted after 2:00 PM on July 20. Upon successful registration, registered attendees will receive a Google Calendar invitation sent to the email address(es) provided during registration. The calendar invitation will include the Google Meet link for the event and additional meeting information.
