Description
Multiple NSNs for OEM Martin Baker America, Cage Code 1Q842, Multiple Weapon Systems including the F18, T-38, T-6 Texan II, UH-60 and CH-53 helicopters, Sole source Long Term Contract Strategic Contract. DLA Weapons Support Richmond intends to issue a solicitation for a long-term strategic/sole source contract which will include multiple NSNs and Federal Supply Classes (FSCs) 1670, 1680, 4010, 5305, 5306 5315, 5340, and 5360, to support the F18, T-38, T-6 Texan II, UH-60 and CH-53 helicopters. A total of 188 NSNs are targeted for this contract effort. The proposed action is intended to be on a sole source basis. The proposed sole source contract will be issued to Martin Baker America, CAGE: 1Q842. Martin Baker Aircraft is the parent corporation and their CAGE is U1604. The proposed contract will be for a total 10-year period of performance. Letters expressing interest in subcontracting provided to the contracting officer will be forwarded to the identified OEM. This is proposed to be a FAR 15 effort. The proposed contract will be a fixed price, Requirements type/Indefinite Quantity type contract, IAW FAR 16, that will be used for the acquisition. The attached list of NSNs are the items that have been identified for this current action. If other NSNs are subsequently added, as defined by the terms of the contract, they will be synopsized separately. The solicitation will be posted on SAMS on or around 7/31/26.
