IDEMIA is the only capable source who can provide the required services.A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The applicable NAICS Code is 541330 and the business size standard is $25,500,000.00.
