Description
This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for the contractor to provide janitorial services for the specified Armed Forces Career Centers (AFCC) of the Southwest Division located in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas. The base period will be a ten (10) month period from 01 August 2026 through 31 May 2027. There will be two (2) Option Periods, each for a three (3) month duration. The first option period will be from 01 June 2027 through 31 August 2027 and the second option period will be from 01 September 2027 through 30 November 2027. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, inspections, personnel, equipment, tools, supplies, materials, transportation and other items necessary to perform janitorial services in accordance with the attached Scope of Work (SOW). Please review all attachments carefully that are included with this solicitation. Ensure that all quotes include the completed Price Breakout Schedule when submitted through PIEE by the solicitation deadline of 13 July 2026 at 1 PM Eastern Daylight Time.
