The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC PACIFIC) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate and award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Herrick Technology Laboratories, Inc (CAGE 78VC0).
