14 May 2026 Update: ADDP-4 Industry One on One sessions for prospective Prime Contractors Only. Prime contractors may include subcontractors in their assigned session. No limit on the number of participants for each session which will be recorded and transcribed. For June 16, 2026: Block 1: 8am-9pm MST Block 2: 9:30am-10:30am MST Block 3: 11am-12pm MST Block 4: 1:30pm-2:30pm MST Email Primary and Secondary Contacts with first and second preferred times with emails for requested participants. Priority selection will be given on first come, first serve basis. Listed participants will be sent a Microsoft Teams meeting invite as confirmation. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 12 May 2026 Update: Excel submission instructions and Industry One on One details (see updates in bold below). ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The Department of War (DOW) through the Defense Health Agency (DHA) has a mission to offer dental care services to eligible Active Duty Service Members (ADSMs). In order to fulfill DHA�s mission, the contractor will provide comprehensive dental care services worldwide to eligible ADSMs under the ADDP4 contract. The ADDP4 contract will provide worldwide dental coverage to ADSMs of the Uniformed Services of the U.S. Army, the U.S. Navy, the U.S. Air Force, the U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Space Force, the U. S. Coast Guard, Commissioned Corps of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, and the Commissioned Corps of the Public Health Service. DHA is in the acquisition planning phase for the ADDP4 follow-on contract. The DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) is provided for industry feedback. The Government invites qualified vendors to submit feedback and questions on the following attached documents: 1. DRAFT PWS. Use the attached excel sheet to submit comments, questions, or recommendations on the PWS. Excel spreadsheet shall be emailed to both Primary and Secondary Contacts below. 2. Request for Information (RFI) Questions. Please use the Form link in the RFI attachment to respond to the questions. Responses in any other format will not be accepted. Reach out to the Secondary Point of Contact listed if you are experiencing technical issues.
