1 May 2026 Amendment 1: This amendment incorporates one (1) additional location and increases the number of needed television quantities. The edited Combined Synopsis and Performance Work Statement (PWS) have been updated and attached for review. Due to this change, this announcement is hereby extended until 15 May 2026. ************************** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. For Informational Purposes Only - Sole Source Requirement. This solicitation is being posted in accordance with FAR 5.102(a)(1). The Government intends to award a sole source contract to Sparklight Hargray Communication Group, Inc. and is not seeking competitive proposals. The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity Healthcare Contracting Division, Southeast (DHACA-HCD-SE), plans to award a firm fixed price sole source contract to Sparklight, which is part of Cable One (formerly Sparklight Hargray Communications Group, Inc.) This acquisition is being conducted under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements" as Sparklight is the only responsible source that can provide Cable TV and Cable Modern Services at Naval Hospital Beaufort, Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island (MCRD).
