This announcement is seeking information from industry, which will be used for preliminary planning purposes. No proposals are being requested or accepted with this sources sought, and no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow-up request. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL OR INVITATION FOR BID, SOLICITATION IS NOT AVAILABLE. The tracking number for this announcement is W912P8-26-SS-A018 The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans District is issuing a Sources Sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in establishing a Blanket Purchase Agreement to provide plumbing, electrical, HVAC, PLC, machinist, Welder, Mechanic (Generator, Pump, Hydraulic, Marine, mobile-wheel) telecommunications and Arborary services for the New Orleans Districts Locks and Control Structures. The purpose of this Sources Sought Synopsis is to gauge interest, capability, and competition among HubZone contractors. No telephone calls will be accepted requesting a bid package or solicitation. There is no bid package or solicitation at this time. In order to protect the procurement integrity of any future procurement that may arise from this announcement, information regarding the technical point of contact will not be given. All interested firms responses to this Sources Sought Synopsis shall be limited to five (5) pages and shall include the following information: Company name and UEI Business size and socioeconomic category, if applicable: Small Business (SB) 8(a) Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) Economically Disadvantaged Woman Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUBZone) Please provide a Capability Statement highlighting your companies ability to provide maintenance services for Locks and Control Structures to include: Plumbing Electrical HVAC PLC (Programmable Logic Control): Industrial control systems programming, troubleshooting, repair, and installation.
