Sources Sought Synopsis The purpose of this Sources Sought Synopsis is to assist in our decision-making process for a service procurement. The Department of Veterans Affairs Northern California Health Care System (VANCHCS) located in Northern California requires SLE SUD Services in Lodi, California for Veterans. Contractor shall primarily focus on providing a sober living environment with SUD and supportive services for Veterans. Contractor should have a facility located Lodi, California.
