Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on other than full and open competition basis a manufacture sole source to Keysight Technologies,1900 Garden of the Gods Road Colorado Springs CO 80907, with full and open competition among authorized distributors: Keysight Custom OFDM modulation analysis licenses and subscriptions. It is recommended that all interested parties be aware that processing this additional information may take several days and are proactive in maintaining the SAM registrations in an 'Active' status as the government cannot award an entity without an 'Active' SAM registration.
