Description

Amendment 4: Revised Appendix B: Full Proposal Content and Instructions to consistently state that Volume I, Element H is the Target Product Profiles (TPP). Appendix B Volume I, Element I was renamed to Milestone Payment Schedule (MPS) and clarifies that the provided format in Appendix I, Attachment 3 is to be used. Appendix B Volume II Cost and Pricing Data Support page limit was removed. Appendix L: Cost Proposal Spreadsheet with Resource Sharing has been added to the attachments. Amendment 3: Revised Appendix F: Administrative & National Policy Requirements Document, Section 3, Paragraph 1, to state that the Biographical Common Form, the Current and Pending (other) Support Common Form, and the Collaborators and Other Affiliations attachments may be provided during the negotiation phase after proposal selection. Amendment 2: Added Appendices J & K under the Attachments section. Amendment 1: Added Appendices A - I separately under the Attachments section. The Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) is posting this Innovative Solutions Opening (ISO) in support of the One Comprehensive Universal Radiotherapy for Everyone (1-CURE) Program. ARPA-H anticipates that multiple Other Transaction (OT) Agreements will result from this announcement. Interested parties are invited to review the attached 1-CURE_ISO_ARPA-H-SOL-26-147 and its Appendices A - C. Additionally, proposers are encouraged to review the separate Special Notice, ARPA-H-SN-26-152, for information regarding the 1-CURE Proposers� Day. Special Notice, ARPA-H-SN-26-152, is an independent announcement and is not attached to this ISO announcement. All questions submitted to the ISO will be compiled and addressed. All answers will be posted to the 1-CURE Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page.
