1. Synopsis This is a Request for Information (RFI) and Market Research announcement only. The Alabama Army National Guard is seeking to identify potential sources with the capability to provide, install, and commission a Boost 2 Tactical Elite 18mph 21" touch screen Woodway 4front Treadmill & Multiple sets of required shorts in various sizes (1ea - XS, 2ea - S, 2ea - M, 3ea - L, 3ea - XL, 3ea - 2XL, 1ea - 3XL). The Government may use the information submitted in response to this notice for future procurement and planning purposes. This notice does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ), Invitation for Bid (IFB), or Request for Proposal (RFP), nor does it commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. 2. System Requirements & Characteristics The required solution must meet the following specifications: (1) Boost 2 Tactical Elite 18mph 21" touch screen Woodway 4front Treadmill with multiple sets of required shorts in various sizes (1ea - XS, 2ea - S, 2ea - M, 3ea - L, 3ea - XL, 3ea - 2XL, 1ea - 3XL). Four-year warranty, Shipping, Installation, and Training included. On-site professional installation in Birmingham, Alabama. 3. Submission Instructions for Interested Vendors Interested organizations shall provide a capabilities statement that includes the following information: Organization Name Physical Address Primary Point of Contact (POC) Name, Email Address, and Telephone Number Company Website Address System for Award Management (SAM) Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) Number Business Size and socio-economic status under NAICS code 334112. 4.
