Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers � Nashville District (USACE-LRN), in accordance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, intends to award a sole source purchase order to Caracal Enterprises LLC (CAGE Code: 3YDH6) for the following services: USACE-LRN operates Ventek International automated fee machines and Venmobile fee collection devices at multiple recreation sites for the collection of day-use fees. These systems are currently installed and operational. This requirement will provide continued support services, including payment processing, data services, and technical support for these systems. This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ), and no solicitation is available for this procurement. Nevertheless, any firm or individual that believes it can meet the Nashville District�s requirements described herein may submit a capabilities statement, which, if received by 2:00 PM CST on 9 July 2026, will be considered. Responses to this posting must be submitted via e-mail, no phone calls will be accepted. A determination not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Federal Government.
