Description
Please see all attached documents to prepare an accurate quotation. Please note CLINS 0003, 1003, 2003, 3003 and 4003 do not require pricing information. The funding for these items will be determined by the end user. Performance Work Statement Appendix E titled "SAFETY AND HEALTH REQUIREMENTS" will not properly upload to this website but will be included with Award. Please contact the emails below if you wish to see this document. Responses shall be submitted via E-mail to the following addresses: brenden.schumacher@us.af.mil ken.kuresaki.jp@us.af.mil The original response deadline to this RFQ was 21 August, but due to multiple Okinawan non-working days, the response deadline is extended to 27 August @ 12:00 PM Japan Standard Time.
