Description
Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Hood, Texas is issuing a Combined Synopsis / Solicitation for a firm fixed price supply contract to identify qualified and experienced locksmith service providers capable of supplying and delivering a large quantity of lock cores and keys for an existing master key system at Fort Hood, Texas. See the attached COMBO, Statement of Work, Attachment 1, and Attachment 2 All questions must be submitted no later than 10:00 AM Central Time on May 12, 2026, to both the Contract Specialist and the Contracting Officer at the above email addresses. E-mail is the preferred method for questions. Requests shall be marked with solicitation number W91151-26-Q-A044. Security and Compliance: All locksmith work must be performed by licensed professionals per Texas state law. Strict control and tracking of keys and bitting codes is required, including registered mail for sensitive information. Date of Delivery: 8-10 weeks from award. Submission Requirements: Interested firms should submit the following information: Company name, address, point of contact, phone number, and email. CAGE code. Proof of State of Texas locksmith license. Relevant experience with similar projects, especially for government or military facilities. Capability statement addressing the ability to meet the requirements outlined above. Business size and socioeconomic status (e.g., Small Business, SDVOSB, WOSB, etc.).
