The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, has issued this Solicitation, FA469026Q0011, to compete and award a single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract using FAR Part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items, for the leasing of washers / dryers for the 28th Civil Engineering Squadron. The 28th Civil Engineering Squadron (AFGSC/28 CES) at Ellsworth AFB has a requirement for the leasing of washers and dryers for the on-base airmen dorms. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to furnish, install, and maintain the contractor owned washers and dryers. The work to be performed consists of installing contractor-furnished washers and dryers and providing continuous machine maintenance at maximum efficiency. This award will have an ordering period of five years. The projected ordering period is currently 1 October 2026 ? 30 September 2031.This will be a 100% Small Business set aside solicited under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 532210 with a size standard of $49M. To be eligible to compete for Small Business set-aside awards, vendors must be certified in accordance with current Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations. Attached to this Solicitation Notice is the Combined Synopsis / Solicitation, along with its accompanying attachments. Questions will be answered only via posting of an amendment to this solicitation. All interested and responsible entities are invited to submit a quote that will be considered by the 28th Contracting Office at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. The award will be based on the criteria established in the solicitation. Vendor quotes and all items required as listed within the Addendum to 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors, are due to be submitted no later than the date and time specified in Block 8 of the attached SF 1449 within the solicitation module in PIEE. Small Business contractors submitting a quote must have and list within the quote the vendors assigned Cage and be registered and ACTIVE in the System of Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to receive an award for this procurement. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
