Charter vessel to conduct the Second Pass of the 2026-2030 annual West Coast Groundfish Bottom Trawl Survey (mid-August through the third week of October) for NOAA Fisheries, Northwest Fisheries Science Center (NWFSC). OR-FY26-01539 was approved on 3/10/26 by the Department of Commerce Secretary.
