Description
INTRODUCTION: This is a Sources Sought issued for conducting market research and identifying potential sources. This is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quote (RFQ), or an Invitation for Bid (IFB). No solicitation is being issued at this time, and this notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. The purpose of this notice is to identify potential vendors, including small businesses, capable of providing services to upgrade 163 Siemens Building Automation System panels for 90 facilities at Moody AFB, GA. Potential vendors must be authorized to work on Siemens equipment in order to maintain warranty considerations. Technical Approach is as follows: - Panels will be reconfigured to obtain IP addresses dynamically from approved DHCP servers. - Network reservations and security controls will be applied where required to maintain governance and tracking. - This model supports centralized updates and rapid compliance with future cybersecurity changes. SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS: Interested parties capable of providing the aforementioned service are requested to submit a capability statement. The statement must include the following information: - Company Information: Company Name, Address, CAGE Code, and SAM Unique Entity ID (UEI). - Point of Contact: Name, Title, Phone Number, and Email Address.
