Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W50S77-26-Q-0009. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01 dated March 13, 2026, and DFARS Defense Publication Notice Current to DPN20251011. The 147 Attack Wing Base Contracting Office intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract for MX Metals Tech Shop Equipment. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333517 and the small business size standard is 500 EMP. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set Aside.
