The initial site visit held on 12 June 2025 was not conducted. ***** Inititial Site Visit is Rescheduled for 23 June 2025 starting at 9:30 through 10:30, meet at main entrance for B2280. ***** You must attend the Initial Site Visit for the project to be considered eligible to propose. Even if you sent an RSVP for the first initial site visit, request that you send another RSVP and EAL if required, by NOON on 18 June 2025 so that we will know who will be in attendance. You must attend the Initial Site Visit for the project to be considered eligible to propose. An RFP amendment will be sent out after the initial site visit to address a revised proposal due date. Project Solicitation Number: FA813725R0035 Project Title: WWYK190068 � REPAIR FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM, B2280 Project Location: Tinker AFB - B2280 Repair the fire suppression system at project location within B2280 at Tinker Air Force Base (AFB) Oklahoma 73145 Project specific documents are attached to this posting. If you experience any difficulty at receiving or access to the project specific documents, send an email request to Contracting Points of Contact listed to have a DoD Safe document transmission. In the email, please provide email addresses for Prime Contractor ONLY points of contact to have the DoD Safe link sent to. Do not include any Sub-Contractor email addresses. Currently, the Solicitation � Request for Proposal (RFP) is in the draft stage and will be posted once available. This posting is for Tinker AFB - MAC BOA Holders ONLY. After review of the project specific documents, if you are a Tinker AFB � MAC BOA Holder, please send an email to the Contracting Points of Contact as an RSVP stating you are interested in attending the Initial Site Visit. Your RSVP email must be received within 5 calendar days from the posting of this project. In your RSVP, please let us know if all personnel that will be attending the Initial Site Visit have base access. If anyone requires base access, you must forward with your RSVP the Entry Access List (EAL) so that we can know how many personnel require base access. After receipt of your RSVP and EAL if required, an Initial Site Visit will be coordinated, and the Initial Site Visit is set for Thursday, June 12th at 10:30 A.M. CST on Tinker AFB, B2280.
