Description

DUE TO THE URGENT NEED THIS HAS A QUICK RESPONSE TIME OF 24 HOURS The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Procurement Section is issuing this urgent Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the purpose of procuring the rental of the transportation of a barge, vessel, and boat within the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands for disaster declaration 4910-MP. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12, and part 15. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number 70FBR926Q00000010 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ) for the rental of the transportation of a barge, vessel, and boat to and from the island of Managaha / Saipan in support the operations within DR4910-MP. This acquisition is a set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The contract period of performance is 6 days from the date of award. The quotation shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer, Demetria Carter at demetria.carter@fema.dhs.gov and cc: kimberly.sanders@fema.dhs.gov no later than 4:00 pm PAS, May 25, 2026.
