Description
Amendment 0002 is hereby issued to revise Section 00 22 16, replace Section 31 31 16.13, add Sheet CS113 - Project Geometrics (13 FEB 2026), and replace Sheet CU220 - Fire Water Plan and Profile (13 FEB 2026). Due date for technical proposals remains 2 March 2026 at 1400 CST. Amendment 0001 provides site visit information. Technical proposal due date remains 2 March at 1400 CST. FY26 BOMBER AGILE COMMON HANGAR - TINKER AIR FORCE BASE (TAFB), OK TULSA DISTRICT HAS BEEN TASKED TO SOLICIT FOR AND AWARD A CONTRACT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A 4-DOCKHANGAR AT TINKER AIR FORCE BASE, OKLAHOMA CITY, OK. THIS WILL BE SOLICITED AS A COMPETITIVE, FIRM-FIXED-PRICE CONTRACT PROCURED IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR 15, NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT, USING THE BIFURCATED BEST VALUE TRADE-OFF PROCESS. THE BIFURCATED BEST VALUE PROCESS MEANS THAT A PORTION OF TECHNICAL PROPOSALS WILL BE DUE FIRST AND EVALUATED. BY AMENDMENT, REQUESTS FOR PRICING AND SMALL BUSINESS INFORMATION WILL SUPPORT THE FINAL EVALUATION. IN ACCORDANCE WITH DFARS 236.204(F) DISCLOSURE OF THE MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS, THE ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE OF THIS PROJECT IS BETWEEN $250,000,000 AND $500,000,000.
