Description

The Food and Drug Administration intends to make sole source awards to the following: Houston Police Department They are all individual contracts for investigative work. The period of performance will be for a total of 12 months from the date of award. The NAICS code for this action is 922120. This procurement is made under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c)(5) - authorized by statute. This is a notice of intent to issue this solicitation on a sole source basis. This notice of intent is not a solicitation for competitive proposals. Any other firms desiring consideration must fully identify their interest and capability to provide this service or submit a proposal within 7 days to the individual listed. A determination by the government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses to this notice must be sent via email to: Nina.Montgomery@fda.hhs.gov This notice will close on June 27, 2026 at 10am EST.
