***THIS IS A RFI / SOURCES SOUGHT, NOT AN RFQ*** The Government requests that any vendor interested in proposing on either Splunk licenses or proposing an alternative solution, please provide an answer to all questions included on the attachment in section 4.0. Further directions for submission are included on the attached document under section 5.
