Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70B03C26Q00000066_Oil-Water Separator, is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for Oil and Water Separator Pumping and Backwash Water and Wastewater Services. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract for a base period of one year and four (4), 12-month option periods. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP), is seeking to acquire support with the cleaning, pumping, and disposal of sludge, mud, backwash and wastewater services for multiple CBP locations. The services offered must meet or exceed the specifications/description in the attached statement of work (SOW) and enough detailed specifications must be submitted with the quote for a technical review to be completed without holding discussions. All interested companies shall provide a firm-fixed-price quote for all 5 years and complete Attachment 2, Quotation Pricing Spreadsheet, for the base year, plus all four (4) option years. INTERESTED CONTRACTORS MUST HAVE THE REQUIRED PERMIT TO PUMP OUT AND PROPERLY DISPOSE OF WATER TREATMENT PLANT BACKWASH WATER TO THE CITY OF SAN DIEGO. ONLY CONTRACTORS WHO POSSESS SUCH PERMIT WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD.
