Description
Amendment 0005 - Correct response due date. Admin error. No changes. Amendment 0004 - Extend proposal due date to 3PM EST, 6 May 2026. Amendment 0003 - Post additional RFI Responses, updated Appendix B, E and Drawings 01 and 02. *Note - PIEE update number is 0003 but SF30 amendment number will be 0002.* Amendment 0002 - Post additional RFI responses. Amendment 0001 - Update Appendix B and post RFI responses. This is a synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number FA8604-26-R-B005 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The NAICS CODE for this solicitation is 333922.This acquisition will be a total small business set-aside. This RFP has nine (9) line items. The performance, design, fabrication, installation, and test requirements for a Storage Aid System at Whiteman AFB, Missouri. All solicitation specifications/drawings will be posted at the following location: https://piee.eb.mil/. Contract Completion is required within 240 calendar days from date of award. FOB point is Destination (e.g., Whiteman AFB, Missouri). Evaluation will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The Government will make an award from this request for proposal to the technically acceptable, responsible offeror whose proposal offers the lowest price to the Government. The Government reserves the right to not make an award at all. The contractor must be registered in SAM when an offer is submitted. RFIs are due no later than 8 April and may not be addressed if submitted after the deadline.
